Day 01 :- Arrival in Tanzania - Transfer to Babylon Lodge

Welcome to Tanzania! Our team will greet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and drive you to the tranquil Babylon Lodge, nestled at the base of Kilimanjaro. After check-in, enjoy dinner and relax in the cool mountain air.

Included: Airport transfer, dinner, bed & breakfast
Accommodation: Babylon Lodge – Moshi

Day 02 :- Moshi to Momella Gate - Trek to Miriakamba Hut(2,514m)

After breakfast, we drive to Arusha National Park, where your climb begins. At Momella Gate, you’ll meet your armed park ranger and begin the scenic hike through lush montane forest. Spot giraffes, buffalo, and colobus monkeys along the trail!

  • Hiking Time: 5–6 hours
  • Habitat: Forest zone
  • Altitude Gain: ~1,000m
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
    Accommodation: Miriakamba Hut
Day 03 :- Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut(3,570m)

Wake up to birdsong and forest mist before ascending through the heather zone. The trail opens to incredible views of Meru Crater and the Ash Cone. Optional afternoon hike to Little Meru (3,820m) to aid acclimatization.

  • Hiking Time: 3–4 hours
  • Habitat: Heath and moorland
  • Optional: Little Meru hike (1–2 hours round trip)

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Accommodation: Saddle Hut

Day 04 :- Summit Day! - Saddle Hut to Socialist Peak(4,566m)& Return to Momella Gate - Transfer to Babylon Lodge

Start your summit push around midnight. Traverse the narrow ridge to Socialist Peak, with dramatic views into the Meru crater and Kilimanjaro looming in the distance. After celebrating your achievement, descend all the way to Momella Gate, where your driver awaits to take you back to Babylon Lodge for a hot shower and well-earned rest.

  • Hiking Time: 10–12 hours (ascent + descent)
  • Highlights: Sunrise from Socialist Peak, crater views, wildlife, volcanic ridge trail

Meals: Breakfast, lunch
Accommodation: Babylon Lodge (Half Board)

Day 05 :- Departure or Optional Safari/Tour
  • Enjoy breakfast at Babylon Lodge.

Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your departure flight or continue with an optional safari or Zanzibar beach extension.
